Emergency Preparedness Planning with People Who Are Aging and/or Have Disabilities — Greater Baton Rouge Chapter NFBL

Disability Access Solutions looks forward to providing an emergency preparedness training for the National Federation of the Blind of Louisiana, Greater Baton Rouge Chapter.

Participants will learn practical ways to prepare for emergencies, including building a personal support network, creating a communication plan, preparing a Go Bag or Stay Kit, and planning for disability-related needs before a disaster happens.

The training will also encourage participants to think about their own needs, resources, and support systems so they can be better prepared before, during, and after an emergency.

*Closed to the Public*
